Mid-point of its FY22 profit forecast is almost $1.50/share. Surely this demands a special dividend?
Such a bumper year also provides for significant infrastructure spending to support future year profits. If this can be translated into ongoing NPAT of just 60cps, at a 60% payout ratio, GNC would be paying a fully-franked dividend of 36cps = a yield of 5.1% on a SP of $10.
Still looks cheap.
