S32 has changed policy - moving from net nil debt to supporting a modest amount. Given current stellar commodity prices, the Sierra Garda debt would run off very quickly.
Borrowing money before it is needed is good practice, yet begs the question: what is the money for?
Growth projects Hermosa and Arctic are too distant to need finance at this time.
