People are accumulating as they believe in the demand + fundamentals and that MGT is going to go into production. I've seen this in other stocks before where accumulation starts and within 2-3 years, lives are changed with the millions of shares accumulated. It will take a good year or two for this bad boy to hit 10-20x gains.
The question around when will it run up really depends on when the instos (the big fish) get involved + if this share ever makes it into the ASX 200 when supers can get involved. And that happens when funding + mining/environmental license granted. Instos don't want the risk. When those boxes are ticked, you'll see the big boys/brokers come in and that in my experience, is when the 5-10x happens.
Nothing to be concerned about. If you believe in the fundamentals + future outlook re: high grade ore demand, then you're good. In my opinion, 500m CAPEX + close to rail/water/electricity = we might get into the market sooner than our neighbours. This project is totally viable.
