Yes, it's a strategic move, away from any future reliance on China, to purchase our Fe. That will leave China with one option (Brazil is out) but to purchase Fe from Russia, or should Putin not be in charge, or anyone with a set of metal swingers, China will simply walk in and assume command. With Russias' Army in disarray and tatters, who's going to stop them.!!!
