    re: Ann: Acquisition of 100% of Tambo Coal an... Am I reading the announcement correctly- as 'payment' for the 2x companies Lodestone will issue the vendors with 400 million shares?
    That's a significant dilution considering there's currently only around 200 million shares in the company.

    What's the thoughts on this?
