Yes Songtradr always had a strategy to take over Jaxsta and we all knew it.
The question was at what price, and due to the failures of management and board, here we are.
They've acquired a majority interest in a platform with which to delivery their B2C play and I'm excited because they're finally catering to the F A N S which is something I've been banging on about for way too long. To base your strategy around music professionals
Once the strategy is set, relevant SH approvals given and management/board roles filled, we should see SP appreciation from here.
