Have held and sold into this offer. l think the writing is on the wall.
Yes l believe the offer undervalues the company but it is time to move on.
I think they will get the numbers but if they don't l think they will be delisted
as in the case of UGL , they have form.
But anyway who would want to hold on when they will hold over 92+%
Have held since 1990 but moved on.
