UEQ has 210,000,000 shares
RSL has 39,425,654 shares
After minimal fund raising RSL will have 51,925,654 shares
After maximal fund raising it will have 64,425,654 shares
If both companies have the same nett value then RSL should be worth 80 cents by comparison!!!
