NVA could have traded all of the shares freely on May 17, 2022 when the escrow expires.
That's 39 calendar days from now. So why mess around with this extended Escrow period
that gives them cash that they can't spend yet.
No reason has been given by any poster here.
NVA's mistake was to list in the USA. Lithium just isn't appreciated there (yet).
The ASX and TSX are the places to be, even if the resource is in the USA.
No trouble finding investors there with a lust for Lithium.
