MM could have even offered less, what was OZL going to do to repay, If it was not for Swan, the chinese would have got an even better deal at cost to s/holders.

Should not have put themselves at mercy of bankers, and waited to last minute to ASSUME all ok. Also stating Debt as non-current when it was current, I am still waiting on ASIC to take action against Directors, fine them, ban them from Directorships for 5 yrs, and JAILING them also would make my day.

BAD management full stop. That's enough from me, could go on forever, been talked about plenty before.
Still waiting to be impressed with current management, seem like same crew on the boat, just going in different direction, but dont know where!!!
