I hope it is the mother all deals,however i don't think the FIRB trigger of >219 million guarantees this. If the farmin partner has signed an agreement that says they will own 50% of 12 TCF of gas in the event of success, then this must surely be taken into account by the FIRB. Otherwise there would be a huge loophole in FIR laws and no one would bother with them.
