This incident is annoying. But it doesn't convince me that Dr C isn't giving RAC sufficient attention.
Everyone was aware of Dr C's new holding after exercising the options. Anyone could have pointed out the Form 603 omission.
I think Dr C has the right skills and experience.
And I don't want to have an Executive Chairman.
