Really? Do you think the problem might have something to do with using a French firm for the BFS?
Y'know, we do have expertise right here in Australia for such things. Dozens of BFSs are approved by the ASX every month without difficulty, under the rules that apply to everyone. LCK/NRZ is the only one I've ever heard of that has missed the cut. Maybe a local firm would have more experience of the ASX's requirements.
