PS: I think, perhaps I understand why Ivz is motivated to get a farmin before drilling. If they get a farming partner now, Scot Macmillian has the hope they have enough money left over in the pocket after a duster to keep the Ivz office running.

But even this argument is not 100% true. If he collects enough money with Ivz shares now, he could earmark some pocketmoney to keep the Ivz office running as well after a duster.

This is needed because otherwise the Ivz share price would go down to 0 instead of 0.00X after a duster.
