Yes that's a fair summation. In the past, REH has had some flat periods.
The REH Board is conservative with dividends. In the past five years, it's paid out less than 28 per cent.
Probably too often, a refusal to sell can be driven by capital gains tax considerations. This can be a mistake I make!
