Say, can anyone explain to me why the brine under HMW (or any salar) is considered a resource of the entity controlling the land? I.e. if the rock is porous, can Livent not just drink our milkshake?
this is how it works in oil extraction I'm just not sure why it's not the same for lithium, especially when you've got three or four entities sharing the salar.
