It really only effects Tansim, but they are using it as excuse to push their agenda and have Authier and NAL be included. Given how desperate the Canadian Government are in supporting EVs and Lithium, it's unlikely to be a problem. If Government want something and they can make it happen, then they will. I've worked in Government in Environmental Protection and I've seen some very questionable projects with much larger impacts than Sayona get the green light if it benefits government.
In any case, this shouldn't worry you as you don't hold the stock anyway?
