Hi all,
Just a quick update. Selection of drugs used for the Phase 3 dog Lymphoma B trial seems to be concluded.
1. Vincristine manufactured by Pfizer. Brand name Oncovin . It is an intravenous administration, every 7 to 14 days.
2. Doxorubicin manufactured by Bristol Myers ( some of you will click ) . It also is intravenous.
3. Prednisone, that was a given.
4. Cyclophosphamide a generic drug manufactured by 8 Companies. It is orally given.
5. L - Asparaginase manufactured by Porton Biopharma . It is administered by intramuscular injection. It is expensive, so I wonder if we have been given a trial nominal cost dose from the manufacturer.
Rumours around June for something else. But above medications seems locked in.
