Yes ....In my opinion its pretty pss poor for DGO Shareholders to for the Board to recomend a take up of the offer at this price considering back around 31.8.20 they werent parting with any shares when the Sp wasat around $3.92 and the gold price was around $1522. DEG had a lot less gold back then.
