I would assume a CR if done would be at more than 10% discount as normally happens. I guess we wait and see but given they said something about cultural fit and Cluff seemingly eager to be involved (can't remember which link) I expect they will be farming in.
Most are probably waiting to see what the remaining working interest will be, final prospective target numbers and whether there will actually be a CR for ivz funding. Of course they don't want to budget to have $0 left after the work program either.
