@AlCp I always play fair and I'm here to say well done - you've always gone on and on about the technology and you've been resoundingly proven right, so well done.

As an interested non-holder I'm bewildered why the board would accept this offer though. Clearly it doesn't represent value for long-term shareholders. I've never run an ASX listed entity so take all views with a pinch of salt, but I might have thought if RAP had been able to announce it had received - and rejected - an offer from Pfizer to buy out the business, they'd be able to move forward with a strongly-backed CR to move the business forward themselves, and hopefully prompt further and better bids from possible acquirers?

Maybe there's more going on behind the scenes but it seems odd.
