TK and the BOD have known for some time that this offer was in the offing as TK said months ago that there would be no CR and was quite definite on that! So now after the sideways stuff has been discussed we are at this point. Ask yourselves why the urgency t get this deal assessed and dusted before end June is the way the BOD (TK and BL) wish to play it. Wonder why? No prizes for getting this one correct.
