As a fellow LTH I can very much sympathise with your frustration with what has happened to the SP in recent months but I don't agree with your statement around we don't know if it achieves what it is supposed to.
The fact that their product/s are in use with the likes of Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, British Telecom, Vodafone, Amazon, IBM and Cisco tells me something. These are very large corporations that dwarf the likes of Telstra and Optus (also customers). Do you really think they didn't do their due diligence on Dubber's tech before they signed on the dotted line contractually?
Totally agree that we need to see steady progress towards profitability over the coming quarters but for me they are very much in a land-grab stage trying to take as much market share as they possibly can and part of this is that they need to employ lots of staff to onboard and support their new customers, as well as keep developing new products. Yes there is a short-medium term imbalance on revenue v costs which the market hates but I fully expect this to steadily improve as their subscriber numbers and ARR continue to increase.
My personal opinion is that this company will eventually be taken over by one of the big corporations but most of us don't want that to happen until they have significantly grown the business from where it is now so as to maximise the SH return.
