The mining industry is not like engineering. The barriers are not capital, or technology, or marketing.
We who have followed the mining industry for months, years, or longer know that a new mine of any sort cannot start quickly. Regulation, Environment impact studies, prototyping, and local/municipal buy-in all must be overcome. We who own part of talga know all too well.
It is going to frustrate the hell out of Elon who, with billions of dollars, is powerless to speed up the rate at which a lithium mine can become online.
