The quantity of broker cross is significantly high the last few days and that could be accumulation by VEN pending a take-over.
It could also just be brokers managing some of their client losses together with other client 'averaging down' trades but the number of cross trades is particularly high and it would not surprise me if it was accumulation pending a take over offer.
Whilst this is a small market cap stock and volatility in SP will be prevalent the uptrend since April 2020 is still intact and I have been accumulating last few days.
