it’s hard not to agree with your sentiment regarding the board, still lots to play out here.

Can’t stress enough that we as SH still have the ability to have a say. Keep voting no to silly offers and don’t get sucked in by negotiating tactics when an offer 2-3 times of current comes in.

Hold strong, vote no and if we have to, take action against the board.

I’d really love for this offer to expire and we move forward with a partner as opposed to a takeover. The potential revenue is mind boggling from the Covid tests, let alone the growing revenue we’re already achieving from the Dx that’s with medgate and alodokter etc
