they will have to buy another 500,000 million or so shares on market to win the vote so that should send the SP up to $2 lol.
Mind you they may figure its worth it as they could average 75 cents and then bid 78 cents. Still a cheap buy as the FDA would approve everything RAP within weeks...only about 6.5 times more than current offer. Still too low IMHO.
