WSA BoD twice accepted IGO's low-ball offers. Either they know a lot more than they let on or are exhausted.

Were IGO to include a corporate swap - offering shares and buying back the equivalent on-market, or organising another party to offer a share swap - many WSA holders would just fold.

Problem is, the WSA offer is cheap and IGO shares are very fully priced, so that element would be as unattractive as cash and a big CGT bill.
