Please enlighten us on how you think a carbon price on large industrial emitters causes pollution to inland waterways? you keep talking about the greens "neglecting", yet you fail to understand that they have never been in power. If they were never in power, then they didn't neglect anything! You seem to have an propensity to mention 2 entirely unrelated subjects and try to link them. What do u mean exactly by neglected inland rivers? Be more specific. Are u talking about the depletion of the river systems due to overuse from irrigation, dams, water pollution, what exactly? A carbon policy wouldn't be detrimental in any of those ways so I'm not quite sure what your point is apart from trying to spread vitriol about a party and a subject you know very little about.
