Bonus Options Record Date (BORD) will be determined once the entitlement offer is dusted. This is a tricky way to inhibit the age old method that some shareholders use to fund their Entitlement Offer purchase - dumping a portion of holdings into the market post Entitlement Offer Record Date (EORD). A follow up with substantial news could see Options converted. What is not entirely clear to me is will the 22.5M-ish New shares as part FAR payment also be entitled to a further 1:8 Options (circa 2.8M).
