    Sorry champ seems i cant spot the article again as it was a link from a twitter post as i was doing research on Novatti sectors. if they wont post news ill go have a look and see what they are upto.

    its common knowledge though if you google Yuan on Wechat plenty of articles dating to early January with the same information.
