The Commonwealth Government is officially in caretaker mode. Whether that impacts the ability of the Federal Agency that Shree and the EPA must consult with to give the all clear to proceed is unclear. I hope not, but it if requires any sort of Ministerial consent we are done until after a new Ministry is sworn in
