It looks like the shareholders will be voting against it, if the HC forum is a place to gage sentiment. I haven't looked at RAP, but hopefully the top SHers are not management so they can swing it in favour.
That's where I'm happy Dr T et al hold such a large % of the company. If a similar deal came through from Pharma, they are obliged to put it to SHers, but I don't think they would vote in favour of the deal.
