SPARK INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP has had a number of price sensitive announcements recently, and the share price has been consistently grinding higher. I like the defensive sector and the wrap UBS give it after the "ETSA draft decision a positive outcome" & the 12-month rating Buy because: �� Prices to increase by 14% in 2010/11 �� A healthy cost of debt margin �� Estimates unchanged for now �� Valuation & Price Target - $1.35
