Is the demerger delayed from the early Q2 estimate? Yep

But in this time...

• Russia invaded a European country creating global turmoil, particularly when it comes to accessing capital
• Inflation continues to run at it's highest in decades
• Mali was sanctioned
• France said they'd pull their military from Mali
• Mali hired Russian contractors, now busy in Ukraine

And more, I'm sure

And in this time we had some delays in creating the new entities, getting Malian government sign offs and support, and triggering the beginning of the demerger

To be honest I'm pleased that we're looking at only 1 quarter delayed. Could have been so much worse. Chill. We have unlocked the gates, the path forward is clear now, and inevitable
