Gold Road to become Yandals biggest shareholder in takeover! Thinking about this I think it is good news. GOR are certainly a bigger company so needing to look at growth opportunities and have plenty of cash to help Yandal drill.
They now have a stake in DEG, YRL and DCN. They can either sell the stakes or keep supporting the companies until they just have to take them into the fold of GOR.
Yandal has the best ground so need to drill it, it cant get much simpler then that...glah
