    I hope you are right and I am wrong about timing but I cant see at least 2 sets of the legal teams doing anything very speedily over the festive season.

    The due diligence was completed quite a while ago, shareholders patience has been tested otherwise the price would not be in such doldrums. I am confident we will have a positive outcome but will not be holding my breath.
