Thanks Tadpole. I still believe shareholdings have nothing to do with it. Other than you need to own a share to he a head in the count.
The 50% aspect just means that at least 50% of the “Heads” that hold shares must vote….and then and only then 75% of head votes carry the motion.
I could be wrong but I been reading some case law and precedents indicate thst is the case.
