Amazing. Mention AGW and people demand an irrefutable proof before giving it any credibility. Yet the some of the same people seem to unquestioningly accept that Australia, the driest continent on Earth, can miraculously be transformed into a green Nirvana. I suspect that it shows that many people dont pay much attention to the evidence for or against an idea. What seems to motivate belief or disbelief seems to be the promise of an idea.
Might explain why so many get sucked into the idea of perpetual motion machines.
