I just read through the AREVA-Polo-agreement: (damn 48 pages long)
AREVA pays 14.1 Mio Berkeley shares to Polo actually being worth 16,638,000 AUD
Polo pays 47.56 Mio Marenica shares plus a Cash payment of 7.420.000 AUD
Meaning AREVA was willing to pay 9.218.000 AUD for the Marenica shares.
Or ~0,195 AUD a share
This is a 85 % premium to the actual shareprice !!!
