IT's stake in the company - 5.8M shares;

Ian Boserio - Nil;

Steven Lowden - 150,000 shares;

I just thought it worth pointing out that IT had a reasonable stake in NXS.

I notice Symon Drake-Brockman shareholding is as follows:

This totals 46,673,074 shares or 4.87%. This is just under the 5% substantial shareholder notice level.

I assume these shares are owned by him. However, I have wonder if it was possible he could just be a nominee for someone else. Does anyone know if shares disclosed by a director are always held on his own account or if these shares could be actually owned by some other party with the Director as their nominee or representative?
