Attractive incentive package, with a 5yr expiry for 20cps & 40cps. Easily doable if the company starts kicking some serious contract goals. I do see monitored aged care as being a massive growth area as the boomers enter their twilight years. I do think ICR has potential to generate revenue as long as the hardware and software are robust.
