in negotiations regarding a potential TO . In light of recent developements AVZ feels it's in shares holders best interest to establish if the parties involved are willing to cough up some serious coin so we can all get f--k out of here . $3.50 a share walk away no more to pay plus all the KFC you can eat for 12 months . Done . IMO
