Depend on the quarterly due in 2 weeks and more importantly was this their strategy to put a base of 11c for months so now the market know the "true" MC valuation and allow the LT to reject the bid giving positive market sentiment of the stock while also securing the small CR we knew that was required. If Pfizer walk away from the $3M funding then management has a chance to do the small CR at 10c given the VWAP will be at 11c and with good market sentiment of the stock, the CR will easily be oversubscribe you would think.......
