Lynas has defined their new normal. Prices for REO's may rise and fall, but Lynas is now in high volume production in an industry with somewhat insatiable demand. The rush to EV's and windmills is overwhelming and they all need what Lynas makes.
Further, with a concentration plant in Kalgoorie the next logical step would be another refining operation like Gebeng, most likely the US plant in the works. That would mean roughly a doubling+ of production. And we have a massive increase in mine lifetime along the way.
Expansion can now be funded through cash flow as well. Management has done a tremendous job. I believe they will continue to do so.
At some point the market will wake up and I think LYC could be a very bright spot even in a difficult market.
