I believe you are right.

I feel we know most of the story of SDL and where it is headed.
It is now a matter of waiting for the pieces to fall into place one by one.

Land acquisition is going on.
Port survey work is nearly finished as far as tides,depths,make up of sea bed Etc.
Government going over the reports on mine site and rail corridor for mining permit.
Drilling on site being done.
Talks with The Congo Government going on to get permits.
Talks with other mining companies most probably being held to discuss joint rail lines to Mbarga from The Congo and Gabon.Also talking with African Aura I would think to plan for their needs of the SDL Rail Line and Port.
Talks with prospective partners on going.

Most of what is going on is ground work to set up for the future,and not much to report to share holders or media.

I think we may get some drilling results in the December Quarter Report which should come out around the end of January early February.Could get a report on the two tenements they have applied for in Cameroon.
I am keeping an eye on any thing that is reported by RIO about their iron ore tenements in Gabon.
I would love to see SDL apply for more land to the East of 2007-363 near Elogo and to the North of Elogo.
