My only concern with this is if they were confident in either a deal for ATC or with Tibotec why would they make such a blatant cash grab? I hope I'm wrong but it is a little concerning. A little more info on exactly what they intend to do with the cash (other than a few trips to Europe, China and the US) would be nice.
