Hi
@DhmI think we need 100,000,001 NO votes at the most. I've had a look at the recent top 100 shareholder list and in the worst, worst case scenario where ALL the big payers vote Yes, they could get to around 300,000,000 Yes votes maximum, based on some quick calculations. This is assuming FIL and Freeman Rd and all other top 20 holders vote Yes, which is highly unlikely IMO. I have personally spoken to one Top 20 holder with over 10 million shares and he's a strong NO.
The only absolutely guaranteed Yes votes are those of the directors, totaling about 40,000,000 so it would be extraordinary for them to get to anywhere near 300,000,000. If we therefore, have 100,000,001 we win IMO. If FIL and Freeman Rd vote NO we have a resounding win.
However, we need to assume that the big players will vote yes and prepare accordingly. The more resounding the NO vote the better but we MUST secure the NO at all costs and I'm taking nothing for granted.
Then we can hopefully proceed with a good faith partnership with Pfizer to get the Covid app to market and everyone will win.
