I think a few people have realised that with the Easter long weekend ...... its a little uncertain whether the funds will land in the account by Monday.
If there is scale back, then any left over funds would be returned and (assuming you still wanted to) investors would have to then buy them (the rest - again if they still wanted them) on the market.

Also if your average cost for existing holdings is around 12-13c then at 30c it will only drag your average cost up to around 22c anyway.

I suspect a number of people are weighing this up. I think the last CR was a number of times (4x? if I remember correctly) oversubscribed....... so it will be interesting to see where this lands. I suspect that a number of people have decided not to wait till Tuesday. (Just idle speculation).
