Yep, my understanding is strategic investment stage needs the DFS to drop first. However, both have been progressing along side each other. So once DFS drops (and if it meets expectations) I think we will see NAIF progress to the next stage relatively soon after.
All the dots are almost lined up so when things start to become finalised everything could start moving faster then people realise.
Anyone waiting on the sidelines I think will end up paying a premium when they do decide to enter.
